For additional reporting options and the convenience of managing transactions, add the Transaction Management feature of our PaymentMate Windows Edition application.

Transaction Management Benefits

Download Reports. When you add Transaction Management, you can use PaymentMate to download reports of the payment histories of any of your other Tempus accounts using PaymentMate. Simply select an account from a drop-down list and use the simple filters to create just the report you need.
Reprint Receipts. Besides creating reports, you can reprint receipts for check and card transactions. Card payment receipts can include digital signatures, and you may even view digital images of the checks.
Control Access. You control which employees have password-protected access to the Transaction Management features of the application. Choose who can view reports, who can print them, who can export them as spreadsheets and more.
Refund and Recharge Cards. Refund and recharge credit cards processed at any location of your business. Our PCI-certified application refunds and recharges cards using our secure, P2PE 3.0 gateway and TransArmor^® tokenization.
